Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Gage is 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your sunglasses for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

1) Email our support team at support@gagesunglasses.com with your refund request. In the email, please provide your order number along with the reason for your return. Please note the following return guidelines must be met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging in 100% unused condition (undamaged and unworn)
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our office within 30 days of original purchase date
  • Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charge.
  • We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. We suggest you use a reliable shipping service with tracking information such as USPS, FedEx or UPS.

2) Once the product is received and passes inspection, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during checkout. Original shipping fees will not be included in the refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for credit to clear.

EXCHANGES

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or broken product during shipping, we will exchange it for the same model at no cost to you within 14 days of purchase. Please send an email to support@gagesunglasses.com and we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
