Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we do! We have a rock solid 30 Day Money Back Guarantee! Gage is 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your sunglasses for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is only $2.95. All U.S. orders over $40 get free shipping!

What mail carrier do you use?
We ship with USPS first class or priority mail, depending on the size of the order.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally shipped out within 1 day of your order being placed Monday through Friday. Once shipped, you should receive your package within 2-5 business days. Please allow for additional days during holiday seasons.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will include a tracking code.
Please note that the USPS tracking status is not always instantaneous so sometimes it can take a little longer to update itself.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International deliveries are $15.95.

How long does international shipping take?
International orders vary depending on the country you are ordering from. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes. These additional duty fees and taxes are not the responsibility of Gage Sunglasses and must be paid by the customer. Additionally, customs policies vary from country to country and may cause additional delays for your delivery.

Absolutely. Our entire website is built using Shopify, a leading e-commerce shopping cart platform that takes privacy and security seriously.

Help! Why won’t my discount code work?
First, check that it’s for an offer that hasn’t expired! If it’s still a valid code, then make sure you enter the code exactly as it’s sent to you (dashes and all).

Do you guys ever have any sales or discount codes?
Yes! We have random flash sales and events that are always sent to everyone on our email list first. Sign up to get first access to our sales and new product releases!

What kind of protection to your sunglasses offer?
Our sunglasses offer full UV400 protection from the sun’s harmful rays, which damage your eyes. Our FDA-approved lenses are impact-resistant, meaning they won’t break or shatter. They were made for both lazy and active beach bums!

Do you have polarized lenses?
We don’t have them…yet. But it is in our plans for the near future!

Are the colors shown exactly how they look in real life?
There are so many factors we have to take into account with our product photography. This includes the lighting of the environment they are in, the angles they are on, and even the brightness of the screen in which you are viewing them on. With this being said, the colors shown on our product pages are not exact representations - but they are pretty close!
