OUR WARRANTY PROMISE

Every pair of Gage sunglasses is built to last. We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the original purchase date.

If your sunglasses develop a defect due to a flaw in materials or workmanship, we will replace them with the same model at no cost to you.

What is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Lens peeling, bubbling, or discoloration not caused by external damage
  • Screws loosening or falling out from the frame
  • Frame cracking or warping under normal use
  • Hardware or hinge failure under normal use

What is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear, including:

  • Lost or stolen sunglasses
  • Broken frames or lenses caused by dropping, impact, or physical damage
  • Scratched lenses from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Cosmetic wear such as fading or finish wear over time

How to File a Warranty Claim
Filing a claim is simple. No need to send your sunglasses back, just reach out to us directly.

  1. Email support@gagesunglasses.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos clearly showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement pair of the same model to you at no charge.

Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date. Claims submitted after 1 year from the date of purchase will not be eligible. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

Limitations
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Replacement pairs are subject to stock availability. If the exact model is no longer available, we will work with you to find the best resolution.
